The data centre is managed in accordance with ISO27001 and BS25999-2 standards. Each client may at any time, with prior notice, conduct a review of the conditions in which their equipment is located, in accordance with the access control system and prescribed procedures.
Security services are present in the data centre 24/7. The space is divided into security zones, with admission only for personnel who have been granted access and have a specified need for access. In this way, the customer cage represents a separate zone, which requires special access privileges.
The space is covered by video surveillance, and the recordings are stored and archived in accordance with prescribed procedures.
